We’re looking for someone with brains, initiative, and a sharp eye for detail to help manage the flow of information and keep our bookstore running smoothly.

 Our Communications Manager will handle all incoming digital communications, assigning it to the relevant teammate, and following up on the task as needed.

As a small, family-owned and family-oriented business, we value flexibility and collaboration. While you'll have clear responsibilities, we also support each other across roles — from customer communications to keeping our workspace in great shape. It’s part of what keeps our work dynamic and connected.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, our website, and all other platforms
  • Respond professionally and kindly, or forward messages to the appropriate person
  • Keep track of open tasks and delegate to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Help maintain organization and cleanliness —both in the physical storefront and the and digital storefront
  • Contribute to a peaceful, smart, Torah-aligned environment

Requirements

  • 20-30 hours availability at week - Including 3 night hours per week from home
  • Fluent English
  • Good Hebrew
  • Ability to think critically, working with existing team members to build working systems for the company

  • Prior experience in customer service or office management
  • Familiarity with our community's values and vibe
  • Prior CRM experience
  • Prior experience with Task-management software such as ClickUp or Monday.com
