Abraham Cohen

Abraham Cohen was a British Jewish scholar, rabbi, and author, born in London in 1887. He was educated at Jews' College, London and University College London. Cohen was well-known for his works in Jewish literature, including translations and commentaries on important Jewish texts. His contributions to Jewish scholarship were extensive, covering a wide range of subjects from religious texts to Jewish philosophy and ethics. He served as the editor of the Soncino Books of the Bible, a series of Jewish religious texts published by the Soncino Press. His works are noted for their clarity, scholarly insight, and accessibility, making significant contributions to the understanding of Jewish scripture and thought.
