Abba Engelberg
Abba Engelberg was born in Belgium and moved to the United States as a child. He received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from Yeshiva University and later earned a master's degree in mathematics from New York University. He completed his Ph.D. in Operations Research from New York University. Engelberg has had a diverse career, including serving as a professor at Jerusalem College of Technology, where he taught for many years.
