Nathan Sternhartz

Rabbi Nathan Sternhartz (1780-1844), also known as Reb Noson, was a prime disciple of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov. He played a crucial role in preserving and spreading Rebbe Nachman's teachings, ensuring their survival after the Rebbe's death. Reb Noson's dedication led him to write many works, including 'Likutey Halakhos', which expounds on the Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law) through the teachings of Rebbe Nachman. His writings are fundamental to the Breslov Hasidic movement, emphasizing faith, prayer, and joy.
