Rabbi Moshe Alshich
Rabbi Moshe Alshich, also known as the Alshich Hakadosh, was a prominent rabbi, preacher, and biblical commentator in the 16th century. Born in 1508 in the Ottoman Empire, he eventually settled in Safed, in what is now Israel, which was a major center of Jewish learning at the time.
