Izzy Kalman

Izzy Kalman is a nationally recognized psychologist and an expert in the fields of bullying and conflict resolution. He has been working in these areas for over 40 years, providing training to professionals and workshops in schools across the United States. Kalman's approach to bullying is unique as he focuses on teaching individuals how to solve their problems through wisdom and resilience rather than relying on authorities to resolve conflicts.

He developed the Bullies to Buddies program, which is based on the principles of the Golden Rule and uses role-playing techniques to teach children and adults how to turn their enemies into friends. His methods are designed to empower victims of bullying by helping them change their attitude and behavior, which, according to Kalman, is often more effective than trying to change the bully.

Kalman's work has been featured in numerous publications and he has appeared on several television and radio programs discussing his innovative approaches to bullying and conflict resolution. He holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Kalman's contributions to the field have been recognized with various awards and accolades throughout his career.
