Rabbi Chaim Malinowitz

Rabbi Chaim Malinowitz was a distinguished Orthodox rabbi and Talmudic scholar, known for his editorial role in the Schottenstein Edition of the Talmud. His work has been instrumental in making the Talmud accessible to a broader audience through clear and concise English translation and commentary. Rabbi Malinowitz spent many years in Israel, where he was a respected figure in the religious community, contributing to Jewish education and scholarship. He was also the founding rabbi of the Beis Tefillah Yonah Avraham congregation in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel, where he provided spiritual leadership and guidance to the community. Rabbi Malinowitz's dedication to Jewish learning and his meticulous approach to Talmudic scholarship were evident in his writings and teachings. He passed away in November 2019, leaving behind a legacy of Torah scholarship and community service.
