He has a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Indiana University, where he specialized in modern Jewish literature and Hebrew literature. Rabin has worked in the field of Jewish education for many years, focusing on curriculum development and teacher training.

Currently, Elliott Rabin serves as the Director of Thought Leadership at Prizmah: Center for Jewish Day Schools. In this role, he is responsible for developing educational resources and programs that enhance the quality of Jewish education across North America. He is passionate about integrating Jewish wisdom and values into everyday learning experiences.

Rabin is also an accomplished writer and has contributed to various publications on topics related to Jewish thought, education, and literature. His book, 'The Biblical Hero: Portraits in Nobility and Fallibility,' explores the complex characters of biblical figures and offers insights into their psychological and spiritual dimensions. This work reflects his interest in how ancient texts can be relevant to contemporary life and learning.
