Father Patrick Desbois

Father Patrick Desbois is a French Catholic priest who has dedicated much of his career to researching the Holocaust, documenting the mass executions of Jews in Eastern Europe by the Nazis during World War II. He is the President of Yahad-In Unum, a non-profit organization that is committed to discovering genocidal practices around the world, educating about these atrocities, and providing documentation for evidence. Father Desbois has been particularly recognized for his work in identifying and documenting the sites of mass graves of Jewish victims in the former Soviet Union, often referred to as the 'Holocaust by bullets', which he describes in his book 'In Broad Daylight: The Secret Procedures behind the Holocaust by Bullets'. His efforts have contributed significantly to the historical understanding of the Holocaust and have brought attention to the lesser-known aspects of these atrocities. Father Desbois has received numerous awards for his work, including the Légion d'honneur, France's highest honor, and has been a vocal advocate for human rights and historical truth.
